Minor delay in our Tele-Interview services

We know how important it is to provide efficient and thorough tele-services to support you and your clients. We have previously offered this service through our team in Cape Town, however in response to changes in demand from customers, we have decided to relocate our tele-interview services back to our Australian-based team. 

We are well into the process of recruiting and training additional Tele-Interview consultants however, during this transition back onshore, you may experience some delays in our appointment turn-around times. We expect this process to take around four – six weeks to complete.

During this time, your Business Development Manager can support you with any queries you have about the delay. They can also step you through the options available, including submitting your clients’ applications with the accompanying health information to avoid any delays that may occur.
