Encouraging Asteron customers to go paperless

To make it easier for your Asteron clients to receive important updates and information about their policy, we will soon be introducing a QR code on the back of envelopes to give them the option to switch to paperless communication. When scanned, this code will take your clients to a webpage where they can sign up to receive their communications via email. The page will also have an FAQ section to help address any client queries.

Making the switch to the convenience of email communications means your clients will have quicker and more secure access to important updates and information about their policy, while doing their bit for the environment. They will have access to their documents anytime, anywhere and can easily download, print or save the documents as they require. It also has the added benefit of allowing your clients to share any documents with you that they would like to discuss further.

Please note that switching to email communications is not available for:

  • Policies with multiple Policy Owners
  • Policies owned by a Company or Self-managed Super Fund (SMSF)
  • Adviser Communications
