Helping your BT clients stay informed

We’ve noticed some of your BT clients’ postal mail is being returned to sender (RTS). As a result, some clients may be missing out on important updates and mandatory information regarding their policies.

To ensure that we’re able to keep them informed and continue providing the support they need, we’ll be getting in touch with these clients over June and July to update their postal details. Here’s all you need to know:

We understand that your clients are busy, and we want to communicate with them in the way it best suits them based on their needs and preferences. So, we will also be asking them if they would like to opt in for digital notifications.
