Helping your BT clients stay informed
General -We’ve noticed some of your BT clients’ postal mail is being returned to sender (RTS). As a result, some clients may be missing out on important updates and mandatory information regarding their policies.
To ensure that we’re able to keep them informed and continue providing the support they need, we’ll be getting in touch with these clients over June and July to update their postal details. Here’s all you need to know:
