As our business continues to grow, we are continuing to invest to ensure we can support you and your clients as efficiently as possible.
Part of this process involves communicating with your clients in a way that best suits their needs and preferences. In August 2023, we contacted Asteron clients for whom we held a valid email address and mobile phone number, in order to provide them with the opportunity to update their contact details with us. We also gave them the option to switch to receiving digital communications or continue to receive communications via post.
From 3 October 2023, your clients who didn’t opt out of the digital option will now be able to receive mandatory communications quickly and in a secure way.
The new ‘Publish and Notify’ email solution will notify the client to let them know that their correspondence is available to download by clicking a link and entering the verification code sent to their mobile phone.
There is no change to the way Advisers receive copies of client letters—these will still be sent by post and represent a copy of the version the client sees online.
