Changes to the way we stay in touch and support you
As we transition BT Life systems over to TAL’s, some of the ways we stay in touch and support you are changing too.Here’s all you need to know:
Updates to Service team email addresses
CHANGE DATE: 29 SEPTEMBER 2023
Our BT Life email addresses have changed. As of 29 September, all addresses that previously ended in @btfinancialgroup.com, will have been replaced by new @tal.com.au addresses. Please update your contact lists with the latest details.

Underwriting updates and applications in progress
CHANGE DATE: 29 SEPTEMBER 2023
completed any open applications by 29 September - responded to any outstanding requirements before 29 September.
From 29 September onwards, please send underwriting enquiries or application support requests to btlifenewbusiness@tal.com.au (replaces Gold.Life@btfinancialgroup.com).
