Keep building your skills, and your business, with TAL Risk Academy

We’ve launched our new program course guide for the second half of 2023, with new courses to align with your current and future needs, regardless of where you are at in your advice career.

It was a busy first half of 2023 at TAL Risk Academy, with the launch of our first ever Ethics Month in May, which was well received and had over 1,700 enrolments. We look forward to continuing Ethics Month in 2024 and supporting you to achieve valuable Professionalism and Ethics CPD.

Continue the momentum for the rest of the year with fresh new courses, including an industry-first masterclass, and topical content to help take your know-how even further.

Our industry-first Quality of Advice masterclass

Throughout August, we’re running face-to-face sessions nationally in response to the government’s accepted Quality of Advice recommendations. Our new masterclass, Advice in the Postmodern World, is a unique opportunity to hear from the TAL Technical Team as they examine the recommendations of the Quality of Advice Review and its impacts on advisers. We’ll focus on:

  • the reduction of red tape
  • reimagining the Statement of Advice form and design
  • the provision of risk advice, and the unique difference between risk and other financial planning disciplines.

These national masterclasses have been created in direct response to the accepted recommendations, and are a unique opportunity to get a head-start on the government’s proposed changes.
