Asteron Life client communications are now online

Asteron Life client communications dated 23 May 2026 onwards are now available online through Inforce Management (IFM) in the TAL Adviser Centre.

Letters will appear in IFM as soon as they're issued, and you’ll be able to access them for up to two years before they’re archived. This means your Asteron Life, TAL Accelerated Protection and Protection Plans client communications are all in one place.

During the transition, you'll continue to receive postal copies as usual until post is turned off on 29 June 2026.

Communications dated before 23 May 2026 won't be available online, but you can request earlier correspondence by logging a service request via IFM.

IFM TAC dashboard

1. Log into TAC and select Inforce Management from the side menu.

2. Search either the client's name or policy number and select the client from the drop-down options.

3. On the policy page, you'll see a list of options for the policy.

4. Select Correspondence to view the list of communications sent to the client from 23 May 2026.
