It’s been another big year and we’re so grateful for your support and focus through all the changes and challenges we’ve faced.
We’re looking forward to a bright 2022, to continuing to partner with you and your clients, and to the optimism and enthusiasm we know Australians will bring into the new year.
If there’s anything you’d like to wrap up before we turn that calendar page, we’re here to help. Some of our people are taking a break, but there will be plenty of hands on deck to support you over the summer.
During the holiday period, we’ll be here to help every day except the public holidays and back to normal business hours from Tuesday 4 January 2022.
If you have any new business you’d like in force for 2021, we recommend sending submissions to us by 5pm on 20 December 2021. Our new business processing team will be available until 5pm on New Year’s Eve to support you and your clients if you need a hand.
We encourage any lodgements relating to claims be prioritized prior to the holiday period to ensure your clients are able to relax and enjoy time with their family, knowing they’re being taken care of.
