Inforce Management (BETA) is now live on TAC - developed in collaboration with advisers and their teams to make managing your inforce portfolio easier.
Highlighting key information about your TAL inforce policies, the new, intuitive dashboard helps you focus your time where it’s needed the most and makes managing existing policies faster and easier than ever.
And while it’s brand new technology, Inforce Management (BETA) sits within the TAC you already know, accessible right now with your existing log in details. No extra steps or a new system to learn – just more time-saving smarts to simplify the day-to-day.
Those who are already using Inforce Management (BETA) are saving up to 30 minutes a day on inforce tasks.

Smarter insights
The new dashboard highlights lapses, overdue policies and upcoming renewals, giving you at-a-glance insight about clients that might need a hand. You can also view your service requests and keep an eye on how those tasks are tracking.
Faster workflows
The dashboard puts you in control of the most common inforce transactions, like updating client details and payment information. Progress those when you want to, for all your clients (no impersonation required).
Safer submissions
Secure File Transfer lets you upload your clients’ documents directly to us rather than emailing them. It protects their data and you’ll receive instant confirmation when the files have been delivered.
Better outcomes
With all your inforce details in one spot, it’s easier to identify clients who might need support at key milestones. All your client correspondence is available to view, search and download through the new dashboard too.
Better inforce insights with TAL In Focus
Alongside Inforce Management (BETA), we’ve also launched a new reporting email: TAL In Focus. Including a snapshot of upcoming policy changes across your entire portfolio, TAL In Focus arrives in your inbox every Monday morning so you and your team can plan for the week ahead and decide how best to use your time.
It connects directly to policy details in the TAC, making it faster to respond to time-sensitive policy changes for your existing clients. And it includes clients from any linked profiles you have access to.
