The annual TAL Reputation Survey
Understanding the views of advisers is very important to us here at TAL. It helps us understand the issues on your agenda and the ways in which we can work to improve our performance and build stronger relationships.
This year, we will once again undertake a reputation study across a range of stakeholders. These stakeholders include TAL Alliance Partners, advisers, and TAL Superannuation Partners.
Our aim is to gather constructive, honest feedback about our reputation and current performance to inform our future strategy and help us meet your objectives.
We have asked RepTrak, an independent market research agency, to conduct this research on our behalf to ensure we receive independent and objective feedback.
During November, you may receive an email from RepTrak with the Subject: ‘TAL Reputation Survey’ that contains a link to complete an online survey. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Whilst your participation is voluntary, it would be very much appreciated if you could find the time to complete this survey. Your responses will be completely confidential. As a thank you for completing the survey you will have the opportunity to answer a question for a chance to win one of 3 $500 JB HiFi vouchers
