We hope you’re looking forward to a well-earned break over the holiday season. However, if you need any help during this time, rest assured our team will be here to assist every day except the public holidays and will be back to normal business hours from Monday 5 January 2026.

If you have any new business you’d like in force for 2025, we recommend sending submissions to us by 5pm AEDT on Monday 22 December. Our new business processing team will be available until COB Tuesday 23 December to support you and your clients if you need a hand.

To ensure your clients can enjoy peace of mind over the break, we encourage any lodgements relating to claims be prioritised prior to the holiday period.
