It’s been another big year, and as always, we’re truly grateful for your ongoing partnership and support.

We hope you’re looking forward to a well-deserved break and time to enjoy with loved ones this holiday season. If you need any assistance during this time, rest assured our team will be here and ready to help.

Supporting you and your clients over the holiday break

During the holiday period, we’ll be here to help every day except the public holidays and back to normal business hours from Thursday 2 January 2024.

If you have any new business you’d like in force for 2024, we recommend sending submissions to us by 5pm AEDT on 20 December 2024. Our new business processing team will be available until COB Monday 23 December 2024 to support you and your clients if you need a hand.

To ensure your clients can enjoy a restful holiday with their loved ones, we encourage any lodgements relating to claims be prioritised prior to the holiday period.
