Our holiday opening hours
It’s been another busy year and, as always, we are grateful for your continued support.
We hope you are looking forward to a well-deserved break and some quality time with loved ones over the holidays, however, should you need any assistance during this time, we will have plenty of hands on deck to assist.
Supporting you and your clients over the holiday break
During the holiday period, we’ll be here to help every day except the public holidays and back to normal business hours from Tuesday 3 January 2023.
If you have any new business you’d like in force for 2022, we recommend sending submissions to us by 5pm on 20 December 2022. Our new business processing team will be available until 5pm on Friday 30 December to support you and your clients if you need a hand.
We encourage any lodgements relating to claims be prioritized prior to the holiday period to ensure your clients are able to relax and enjoy time with their family, knowing they’re being taken care of.
