Making it easier to support your existing clients

From 21 August 2023, all your BT Life client information will be in one user-friendly place: the TAL Adviser Centre (TAC).

Your BT Life client information, reporting, forms and documents will be available on the TAL Adviser Centre (TAC).

This will make it easier and more efficient for you to support your clients, thanks to:

How to access your BT Life client data on the TAL Adviser Centre (TAC) from 21 August 2023

Before the transition, we’ll make sure you and your team are ready to go.

  • New TAC users: we’ll send you login details before the transition, so you can set up your profile, add TAC accounts for your support staff and get to know the portal before 21 August 2023
  • Current TAC users: you’ll be able to use your existing login details to access the TAC as usual.

Access to LifeCENTRAL and LifeCENTRAL+ will no longer be available from 19 August 2023.

What the move means for the Panorama and Asgard platforms

If you use BT’s Panorama or Asgard platforms for your super or investment clients, you’ll still be able to access and use those to update client or product details. If you currently use either platform to log in to LifeCENTRAL, you’ll be redirected to the TAC from 21 August 2023, where you’ll need to use your existing TAC login details.

Key information for our adviser partners

  • From 21 August 2023, quotes can be requested via a form in the TAC, rather than through LifeCENTRAL+. We’ll have extra staff available to support with these quote requests
  • If you have any quotes saved in LifeCENTRAL+ that you’d like to keep, please download them to your personal folders before 19 August 2023.

Key information for our licensee partners

  • BT Life commission statements will be available on the TAC from 21 August 2023. From that date, you’ll be able to download statements from the past 12 months
  • If you require older statements, you can contact us directly.
