We will be sending TAL Income Protection summary and annual s290 notices to eligible clients between 17 July 2019 and 16 August 2019. These notices will be delivered to clients via email or by post, to customers who have opted-out of electronic communications from TAL.
We have also updated our client telephone voice system to provide this information to customers who call to enquire about the timing of their statement delivery.
You will be able to access copies of your clients’ notices via the TAL Adviser Centre:
- Login to the TAL Adviser Centre;
- Click the Search button at the top-right;
- Enter a Policy Number or search using the Policy Filter;
- Select the checkbox/s beside client name;
- Click the View Policy button, to present the Policy Record page;
- Click the View Correspondence button to view the correspondence archive.
