Minor changes to processes for in-progress applications

We’ve made minor changes to fast track new business applications.


We understand how important it is for you and your clients that we can progress applications as quickly as possible. With this in mind, we’ve made some minor changes to our procedures to ensure we can efficiently process new business applications:

  • Our online application will be updated to include an option you can select which will allow us to contact your clients directly in order to finalise any administrative requirements after an underwriting decision has been made
  • We will close off any in-progress applications older than 90 days where there has been no activity or outstanding requirements have not been received

As always, our underwriting team will continue to support you and your clients. We'll make follow up calls where there are outstanding requirements in an effort to progress underwriting decisions.
