Advisers now have a self-serve option available to them in the TAC to easily access and add relevant documents to their proposal and manage suspense items. All proposal related information is now streamlined and easily available on one page.

Information you need in one place: there is no need for you to navigate through multiple screens and channels to gather what you need for your proposal. Click through to complete actionable items or upload missing documents to complete your sale from one place.
Increase in flexibility: you can access all the information in one place online. You can now print and cross off items that you’ve obtained for your proposal to ensure you’ve not missed anything.
Reduce delays: previously, it could take up to 48 hours for an email query to be picked up and be ready to be actioned via the queue in the Accelerate service. Thanks to the new functionality, you can now upload your query directly to the correct queue and it will reach an underwriter or admin to action through a quicker and more efficient process.
