Help your clients get ready for Tax Time

Tax time is almost here, and we’ll soon contact your clients to let them know when to expect their annual Income Protection summary.

  • TAL clients: We expect to send their Income Protection summaries, Annual Statement, and/or Notice of Intent to Claim a Tax Deduction by 6 August 2025. We'll send it via email to clients who have opted for digital preference. Otherwise, we’ll send it by post.
  • Asteron clients: We expect to send their Income Protection summaries by 17 July 2025. We'll send it via email to clients who have opted for digital preference. Otherwise, we’ll send it by post.
  • Protection Plans (previously branded BT, Westpac or St.George): We expect to send their Income Protection summaries by 4 August. We'll send a notification via email to clients who have opted for digital preference. Otherwise, we’ll send it by post

To help you support your clients, a copy of their annual Income Protection summaries will be available for you to access on the TAL Adviser Centre (TAC). We anticipate that:

  • TAL client summaries will be available on TAC by 31 July 2025.
  • Asteron summaries are not available on TAC. They will be posted to you by the end of August. If you haven't received them by then, please call the Asteron Life Adviser Service Centre at 1800 031 050.
  • Protection Plan client summaries will be available on TAC by 11 August 2025.
