Helping your BT, St.George and Westpac clients stay informed

From 29 July to the end of September we’ll be contacting some clients to update their details.

We’re always striving to ensure you and your clients receive the best possible service experience. Having up-to-date contact details on file helps us ensure your BT, St.George and Westpac clients can enjoy prompt and personalised customer service, receive communications in their preferred format, and have easy access to new communication channels in the future.

From 29 July 2024 to the end of September, we’ll be reaching out to some clients via mail, email and SMS to ask them to update their details. We will provide them with a secure link to an online form where details can be completed easily. 

Please note: Clients will be asked for their date of birth, policy number and payment frequency to verify their identity.

As an incentive, clients who update their details by 30/09/2024 will go into the draw to win 1 of 5x $500 MasterCard e-Gift Cards^. Clients will also need a valid address to participate. 

We wish to assure advisers and your clients that these communications are genuine and should not be dismissed as a scam. The link we’ve supplied to clients takes them to a secure online form where they can update their contact details.
