Important: Update your discount settings in OMNIUM
We have recently identified an issue where our TAL pricing with Health Sense discount is not automatically shown for all Omnium users. With many of our customers qualifying for Health Sense, simply updating your settings in OMNIUM will ensure correct discounts appear when quoting.
This process is simple and will only take a couple of minutes to complete.
Global settings for Licensees should also be updated
When you’re next in touch with your Licensee, we encourage you to request they make the same changes on your behalf in the global settings feature in OMNIUM (Step 1), as they may be unaware of this issue.
